You asked and I am doing it! 

Hiii, I’m Ne. I have always played & created art using all mediums.

Then the classic story happened: work took over my life, and I put art on the back burner. This past year, I really started diving back into JOY and creating. I gave myself TIME TO REST and STAY OFF MY PHONE. With rest and no phone, the creative drive came back within a few weeks!

I created a collection called the Summer of Joy. My friend offered me a spot at her First Friday gallery show this summer, and I showed up. I’m glad I showed up. Not only did I sell a lot of pieces, but more importantly, I shared stories with people in the community. People connected with rest, no phones, and the art. We cried, laughed, and hugged. The reaction to my art brought tears to my eyes and filled my soul with so many beautiful emotions.

After the art show, people kept reaching out about purchasing art from drop #1, connecting more on the story behind the art, and for encouragement to make more time for play and rest. This inspired me to create a mail club. I want to connect with you all; I want to share my art and collaborate with other artists to showcase their work, and share a little bit more of my story.

I’m looking forward to sharing with you and spending time doing what I love: slowing down & making art.
